We are looking for a proactive Branch Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Western Cape. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about delivering excellent administrative support and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage all branch administrative functions Support sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial administration Assist Regional Coordinator and Sales Executives with administrative duties Prepare monthly financial reports Maintain customer satisfaction and retention Assist with safety files and compliance reporting Support adherence to Occupational Health & Safety requirements Manage branch stock and inventory, including quarterly stock counts Ensure compliance with company systems and processes Monitor biometric timekeeping and payroll procedures Liaise with management regarding finance-related matters Requirements Grade 12 Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical administration environment Experience with financial administration Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel ERP system experience advantageous Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organisational and planning abilities Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements Safety qualification advantageous Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively Stock management experience will be advantageous Gross salary: R20 000 – R24 000 per month Salary will be dependent on the candidate’s level of OSH / Safety knowledge and experience, with additional benefits offered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
