Requirements: CompTI A+ CompTIA N+ Microsoft 365/Microsoft Certifications Fortinet NS4 (or CISCo, CCNA of equivalent) Having an IT Degree, must also certify with Microsoft and Fortinet. Matric required with mathematics and physical science as subjects passed. Experience: 3 - 5 years relevant IT support experience Experience in MSP of multi-client environments is highly beneficial Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Veeam backup & Replication, Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs,TCP/IP) Highly organised and detail orientated Consistent and reliable Valid driver's license and own reliable transport Willing and able to clients when required
