About the job Talent Acquisition Specialist AV Group is a leading offshore outsourcing agency specializing in tech recruitment. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our various clients. Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with the client brief. Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build a pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs. Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases Previous experience in tech recruitment would be a bonus If you are passionate about recruitment and want to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
