Rope Access Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate: Manage rope access personnel and activities on site efficiently. Ensure safety: Guarantee all rope access work is performed safely, meeting industry standards and site procedures. Risk assessment: Conduct risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Equipment management: Inspect and maintain rope access equipment properly. Quality assurance: Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project requirements. Guidance and support: Provide coaching and support to rope access technicians, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Documentation: Complete necessary reports, permits, and documentation daily. Communication: Engage with site management and clients on work progress and safety matters regularly.
