This role exists to: Eliminate recurring issues Standardise environments Improve project delivery quality Strengthen the technical capability of the team Resolve complex technical issues with permanent (root cause) solutions Enforce and implement standardised client environments Lead technical delivery of projects to a high standard Implement monitoring, automation, and proactive improvements Support and guide junior technicians in real-time Required Strong Microsoft 365 / Azure (identity, security, Intune, conditional access) Networking (firewalls, VPNs, routing, DNS troubleshooting) Backup and disaster recovery design and validation Windows Server and cloud infrastructure experience RMM and monitoring configuration experience PowerShell scripting / automation capability Proven structured root cause troubleshooting approach Experience delivering technical projects end-to-end Experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment Ideal Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365) Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA Security hardening and compliance exposure Documentation and standards framework experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in IT engineering/support Proven experience in an MSP or multi-client environment Operating at senior (L3) level independently Demonstrated ability to solve problems without escalation dependency #J-18808-Ljbffr
