Admin Officer A vacancy is available for a suitably qualified and experienced Admin Officer. Purpose of the Role To take full responsibility for factory fixed costs, stores and warehouse operations, services and welfare departments, as well as overall internal factory administration. Key Responsibilities Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods Manage consumable stores, including procurement, storage, and issuing of stock and non-stock items Take responsibility for factory administration and site IT systems Manage financial and cost accounting functions, including asset control, budgeting, reporting, and audits Oversee welfare services, including guest houses, cleaning, and garden services Ensure site security across all facilities (factory, village, hostel, dam, and effluent sites) Lead and manage team performance effectively Ensure compliance with production, safety, ISO, and Quality Management standards Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with Core Mathematics Completed Commerce-related degree (BCom/BCompt) Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, including financial and management systems exposure 3–5 years’ experience in budgeting and financial management Experience working with Quality Management Systems 3–5 years’ experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships At least 3 years’ experience on an ERP system (Syspro advantageous) Proficient in English communication Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of Windows OS, internet navigation, and search tools If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging role within a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
