REQUIREMENT: - RSA ID and legal residence essential- Minimum 4 years' experience as a General Manager within a luxury game lodge environment- Extensive experience within the game lodge industry essential- Proven leadership and people management skills- Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Reservations, and Guest Relations- Excellent financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills- Strong understanding of stock control and operational controls- Exceptional guest relations and hosting ability- Ability to manage and motivate large teams- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills- Professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach- Own transport essential- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee all lodge operations and departmental performance- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery standards- Lead and develop departmental managers and staff- Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls- Oversee stock control, procurement, and operational compliance- Ensure the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and guest satisfaction- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements- Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards- Protect and enhance the reputation of the property PACKAGE: - Salary Negotiable (DOE)- Private live-in accommodation provided LOCATION: Greater Addo Eastern Cape
