Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field will be advantageous. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic understanding of printing processes and print production requirements. Strong visual, typographic, and layout skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate professionally with clients and team members. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and print design experience. Ability to work efficiently within a deadline-driven environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Design Support & Creative Development Assist in the creation and development of graphic designs for brochures, flyers, packaging, and promotional materials. Contribute creative ideas and design solutions that align with client branding requirements. Ensure all visual content maintains consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. Project Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with senior designers and project managers to understand project specifications and delivery timelines. Coordinate with print technicians to ensure artwork accuracy and quality during production. Make design amendments and revisions based on client and internal feedback. Print Preparation & Quality Control Prepare and format artwork according to print production specifications and technical requirements. Ensure all design files are accurate, print-ready, and aligned with quality standards. Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all stages of the design and production process. Administrative & Operational Duties Organise and maintain design templates, artwork files, and creative assets for efficient workflow management. Stay updated with current design trends, software updates, and printing technologies. Manage workload effectively to ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and required standards.
