Job Description: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Support the analysis of current finance processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Assist in mapping end-to-end processes using tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar platforms Maintain up-to-date process documentation, including SOPs and controlled process libraries Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analysing data to support process insights and decision-making Help prepare reporting packs, presentations, and KPI dashboards Coordinate with finance teams to schedule workshops, testing sessions, and feedback discussions Assist in preparing training materials, user guides, and change communication documentation Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification Support the adoption of new systems, tools, and process methodologies Contribute ideas and insights to drive efficiency and enhance overall finance operations Skills & Experience: Basic understanding of finance or business processes Data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets essential; Power BI a plus) Experience with process mapping tools or workflow diagrams Qualification: A degree in Finance or a related field Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles would be advantageous An Engineering degree or Masters is also considered, provided the candidate has relevant experience within a finance environment.
