Qualifications Draughting / Modelling Qualification from a recognised institution (Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field). Strong proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Experience in 3D modelling, drafting, and detailing for construction projects. Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles, BEP requirements, and data exchange formats (IFC, COBie). Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow project standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate 3D models based on design and construction requirements. Ensure models align with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and ISO 19650 guidelines. Produce detailed drawings and extractions from BIM models, including plans, sections, and schedules. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate design changes and ensure model consistency. Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, Solibri, or other model-checking tools. Manage and update model components, families, and parametric elements in Revit or other BIM software. Support model-based quantity take-offs and construction sequencing when required. Ensure data accuracy and proper file management within the Common Data Environment (CDE). Work closely with BIM Coordinators to resolve modelling issues and maintain quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
