Description The purpose of the Solar Finance Expert is a client facing sales person who receives leads from solar providers. They then contact the buyers to use our services, submits the application to our bank/lenders and engages with the bank/lender to get the loan approved. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for explaining complex financial information and negotiating loan term Responsibilities Consistent achievement of reasonable targets, as set by management from time to time To complete and submit loan applications and relevant forms accurately and timorously Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with the bank Liaison Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with the Solar provider Establish, maintain and enhance relationship with Key Account Manager Promote and maintain the good standing and credibility of the company at all times Remain abreast of changes in lending criteria as they change from time to time Prepare and submit within stated time periods accurate monthly sales reports in the prescribed format Qualifications Minimum academic qualification - Grade 12 Computer literate Minimum industry experience Sales experience Asset finance experience advantageous Solar industry knowledge advantageous Critical Competencies Accuracy Devotion to quality Negotiating Performing under pressure Results - oriented Client focused Persuasiveness #J-18808-Ljbffr
