This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy. You'll manage a team of 4–6 skilled marine technicians, drive client relationships with vessel owners and captains, and report directly to ownership on business performance. What you’ll be doing Running day‑to‑day operations — scheduling, delivery, quality, and team management Building and maintaining relationships with vessel owners, captains, and charter operators Actively selling services and converting dock‑side opportunities into booked work Overseeing invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable Providing accurate financial reporting to ownership — revenue, margin, debtors, pipeline Recruiting, onboarding, and developing your technical team What we’re looking for Proven management experience in marine services, a boatyard, or a related maritime environment Strong commercial instincts — you know how to find and close service revenue Experience managing a technical or trade‑based team of 5+ people Financial literacy — comfortable with a P&L and a debtor ledger Self‑directed, solutions‑oriented, and transparent with ownership BVI or Caribbean experience is a strong advantage Compensation Competitive base salary plus a meaningful performance bonus structured to align your interests with the business.
