Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join a dynamic Bill Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, validating supplier invoices against signed contracts, and ensuring all billing information is accurate and compliant with agreed rates and terms. This role requires strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to engage with suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and maintain an allocated client portfolio Ensure all supplier invoices are obtained for assigned clients Analyse and validate invoices against signed contracts and agreed pricing structures Identify billing discrepancies and investigate variances Liaise directly with suppliers to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies Ensure invoice validations are completed accurately and within required deadlines Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times Keep accurate records and documentation relating to billing activities Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Systems & Technical Knowledge Experience with the following systems would be advantageous: Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel SharePoint Training can be provided where necessary. Minimum Requirements 3–5 years' experience in a billing, finance, administration, or analytical role Previous invoice validation or billing management experience beneficial Strong numerical and reconciliation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, advantageous Preferred Attributes Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Professional and proactive attitude Strong sense of accountability and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
