Support the coordination of PI planning sessions, providing input on demand priorities and available capacity to inform decision‑making. Facilitate clear communication regarding the demand process, ensuring stakeholders understand how project requests are managed and allocated. Demand Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline the demand management process and ensure better alignment between business needs and IT capacity.
