What you’ll be doing: Welcome guests as they arrive and make sure they have the best possible check-in Make sure our guests are happy - attend to any questions or concerns raised by guests Liaise between Guest Experience, Property Managers, Operations, Concierges and most importantly, guests Answering emails, messages and phone calls Creating bookings and taking payments Problem-solving with your Team on a daily basis Here’s our description of the ideal person for this job: Reception, hotel or hospitality experience is a must!
