Position Finance Clerk (X2) Job ID: AV – Job Type: Full-time Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng Company: DHL Supply Chain South Africa Finance Clerk Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for a wide range of finance, accounting, and administrative duties , including: Capturing and processing financial data on Oracle Creating and managing purchase orders Processing supplier and customer invoices Verifying invoices and resolving discrepancies Filing finance documentation and maintaining records Supporting the accountant with month-end processes Compiling revenue accruals and expenditure reports Managing debtor and creditor queries Following up on outstanding payments Customer and supplier account management Preparing documentation for Shared Service Centres Assisting with onboarding new customers and suppliers Updating daily expenditure and usage reports Supporting management with financial analysis and reporting Skills and Competencies Required DHL is looking for candidates who demonstrate: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities Ability to adapt to changing environments High level of customer focus Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Commitment to continuous improvement and learning Professional attitude and accountability Language Requirement English (verbal and written) Minimum Requirements and Qualification To qualify for this Finance Clerk position, applicants must meet the following criteria: Matric (Grade 12) – Essential Accounting package certificate Approximately 3 years’ experience in finance and administration Experience using Excel pivot tables and formulas Oracle accounting module experience (mandatory) Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Strong understanding of finance procedures and safety rules #J-18808-Ljbffr
