Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decision‑making. Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders. Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Support month‑end processes including variance analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and cost optimisation. Assist in the development and improvement of financial models and reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and maintain strong financial controls within reporting processes. Job Experience and Skills Required Education Completed Finance Degree (non‑negotiable). Experience 5–7 years’ experience in a Financial Analyst or similar commercial finance role. Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Exposure to a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment. Experience engaging with and presenting to stakeholders. Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level essential). Experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools. Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint advantageous). High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking. Additional Requirements Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into business insights. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
