Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, motor fleet, etc.). Proven experience working with brokers and/or corporate clients.To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of claims management activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.**Job Description*** Manage the **full claims lifecycle** for commercial lines (from notification to settlement)* Assess claims in line with **policy wording, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements*** Liaise with clients, brokers, assessors, loss adjusters, and service providers* Investigate and evaluate claims, ensuring **accurate and fair outcomes*** Proactively drive claims resolution and manage turnaround times* Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate where necessary* Deliver excellent client service and maintain **strong broker relationships*** Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements* Provide insights and feedback to improve claims processes and client experienceClaims assessment: Assess and/or process claims following standard operating procedures | Customer Experience: Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently | Ad Hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis | Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards**Education**Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)*Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
