Responsibilities: Oversee divisional financial reporting and month-end processes Prepare and analyse management accounts and financial reports Consolidate and manage group reporting requirements Ensure accurate financial reporting across dealership operations Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators Perform financial analysis and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls Work closely with dealership accountants and operational management teams Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial reviews Compile and maintain detailed Excel-based reporting and financial models Support senior management with financial insights and reporting analysis Requirements: Previous experience as a Dealership Accountant within the motor industry is essential Exposure to divisional or group financial reporting required Strong Excel reporting and spreadsheet management skills essential Evolve system experience highly advantageous Matric certificate essential Accounting degree or related financial qualification advantageous Strong understanding of dealership financial processes and controls Stable employment history Valid drivers licence Skills & Competencies: Strong financial and analytical ability High attention to detail and accuracy Advanced Excel and reporting capability Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Professional, reliable, and deadline-driven approach Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
