The Role: Head of Digital The Head of Digital exists to lead the strategy, tactics, execution, and leadership of all social channels as a social media specialist. The role contributes to the business by deciding what is posted and optimizing for algorithms and performance while leading a dedicated team to deliver elite-level content. The main focus areas include owning the social media strategy and providing secondary oversight for web and CRM to ensure narrative consistency across the digital voice. Key Responsibilities Lead the social media strategy with 7+ years of experience in senior social media roles. Own the comprehensive social media strategy including content pillars and platform-specific approaches like TikTok virality. Drive social tactics and execution by making daily decisions on topic prioritization and posting schedules. Lead social content creation and optimization through ideation, A/B testing, and experimentation with new formats. Analyze and report on social performance data to refine tactics and identify trends linked to fan growth. Lead and mentor the social team through hands-on coaching and skill development. Act as the guardian of the digital story to ensure all content aligns with brand narrative and values. Provide secondary oversight for website strategy and CRM campaigns to support digital coherence. About You 7+ years in senior social media roles such as Head of Social, Social Director, or Senior Strategist. Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent proven experience. Deep track record in social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Expertise in social tools and analytics such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, and Google Analytics. Analytical mindset balanced with an intuitive understanding of fan emotion and cultural relevance. Experience mentoring specialists and scaling output in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Excellent communication skills for briefing design teams and presenting strategies to leadership. Familiarity with web and CRM platforms is a plus.
