The Role As HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the business, with a strong focus on HR administration, payroll support, onboarding, reporting, and employee lifecycle management. This is a highly administrative and detail-oriented role suited to someone who thrives in a structured corporate environment. You’ll manage onboarding administration, employee profile updates, promotions, and payroll-related processes while ensuring all HR records and documentation remain accurate and compliant. Working closely with leadership and finance, you’ll also produce HR reporting, dashboards, and data insights to support operational and business decision-making. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administration role within a corporate environment Relevant HR-focused degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience Investment, wealth management, or asset management industry experience is essential Strong payroll administration experience using Sage and/or Xero Experience managing onboarding, employee changes, promotions, and HR administration processes Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, HR reporting, and dashboard creation #J-18808-Ljbffr
