Minimum Qualifications Grade 1012 / Matric certificate. Bartending or hospitality training is advantageous. Responsible alcohol service certification may be required. Experience Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred. Experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or resorts is advantageous. Knowledge Beverage preparation and cocktail mixing. Customer service standards. Health and hygiene regulations. Basic stock control and cash-handling procedures. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
