The CEO of Xina Solar One will be responsible for all day-to-day matters of the Project Company, including compliance with the XINA Power Purchase Agreement. The CEO will also be responsible for controlling the Project Company, optimizing human resources, and ensuring smooth operation of the plant. Key responsibilities include: Optimizing financial performance and maintaining accurate financial reporting General management of the XINA project team Enforcing health, safety, and environment performance Contractor and operator contract management Ensuring proper implementation of governance and reporting requirements Requirements include: University degree in engineering, financial, or legal discipline Minimum 15 years of experience in the power/energy sector, with minimum 5 years in a senior management position Direct experience with thermal power generation technologies and preferably CSP Solid understanding of project finance and proven contract management experience ENGIE Southern Africa is committed to equality, employment equity, and diversity.
