The firm prides itself on delivering specialist, high-quality legal advice and is now seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The Role The firm is seeking a solicitor with broad litigation experience, able to manage a varied and interesting caseload independently. You will work on a range of contentious matters and be encouraged to contribute to business development and client relationship building. Key Responsibilities Acting for clients across a wide range of litigation matters Managing case preparation, drafting pleadings and legal documents Providing clear, strategic advice on disputes Preparing for hearings and trials, including conducting negotiations Working closely with senior management and reporting to the Managing Partner Collaborating with colleagues on complex and high-value cases Supporting the growth of the department through networking and business development Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers The Candidate You will be a confident and capable Litigation Solicitor with: 2+ years PQE in litigation Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and property disputes Experience in matters such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, and landlord & tenant litigation Proven ability to manage a caseload autonomously Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills A proactive approach to business development Strong organisational and administrative abilities A professional, personable, and client-focused manner Ambition to progress and develop within the firm Key Skills & Competencies Litigation expertise across civil, commercial, and property matters Strong client management and relationship-building skills Exceptional attention to detail in legal drafting Clear and effective communication High levels of discretion and confidentiality Commercial awareness and strategic thinking Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines What’s on Offer Competitive salary with bonus scheme Opportunity to play a leading role in a growing department Supportive and collaborative working environment Career progression opportunities Flexible working options How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a covering letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.
