Provider Partnerships & Case Lead Department: Healthcare Partnerships (Sales + Enrollment) Salary: $2000 USD per month base + performance incentive OTE: $2500-$3000 USD per month (orders shipped + new referral growth) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5 ET About The Role They are looking for a Provider Partnerships & Case Lead to own the end-to-end onboarding and case management experience for new customers and provider referrals. This role is equal parts operational and relational. You will own the full lifecycle of a new customer or referral — from first contact through successful onboarding — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with both patients and healthcare providers, keeping everyone informed and moving forward at every step. What You’ll Do Provider Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices. Grow Better Health’s provider referral network through phone-based outreach and relationship management. Manage the full lifecycle of provider partnerships, from initial outreach through ongoing referral growth. Identify new provider opportunities and expand existing relationships. Educate providers and office staff on Better Health services and referral processes. Referral Management Process and manage incoming Durable Medical Equipment (DME) referrals from healthcare providers. Serve as the primary point of contact for provider offices regarding referrals and order status. Ensure referrals are complete, accurate, and processed quickly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure patients receive supplies in a timely manner. Operations & Coordination Manage provider communications, referrals, and documentation through internal systems. Track referral pipelines and follow up with provider offices to ensure completion. Collaborate with operations and support teams to resolve issues impacting patients or providers. Identify opportunities to improve referral workflows and provider experience. What You Bring Experience working with US healthcare providers, hospitals, or medical practices. Experience selling to or building relationships with healthcare professionals. Experience managing healthcare referrals, patient coordination, or healthcare operations. Experience working directly with customers, clients, or patients in a service-oriented role. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. Comfort working in a phone-based outreach and relationship management role. Preferred Experience Experience working at a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company. Experience processing medical referrals or coordinating care. Familiarity with insurance, medical documentation, or healthcare billing workflows.
