Project Manager Position A well-known advertising agency in the Umhlanga area is looking for a Project Manager with advertising agency background knowledge and experience. Duties & Responsibilities Understand the internal process. Build relationships with interactive functions (Studio, structure, production, transport & costing). Take ownership of elements of projects once briefing is complete and online expectations are clear. Ensure your AE is free to see clients 2 – 3 days a week. Participate in all production meetings and studio/project team interactions. Build an understanding of how to manage CPS timelines on every job, both small (Basic Trade) and large (Complex). Agree on a status to AE per status to client to allow for planning and manufacture. Quality check on press/System Print sign off on press/Billing – To client: done/not done/Transport – Splits/Correct Quote, communicate billing update with Rani. Collection and support daily. Desired Experience & Qualification Min 3 years experience in a POS environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, presentable, and confident manner. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
