Duties:Operate, maintain and troubleshoot the robotic equipment used in production and ensure the quality of sub assemblies, maintain the equipment, identify and resolve issues, and follow safety protocols. Install, test and maintain industrial controls / PLC programs (software and hardware). Maintain program (Robotic, PLC) or welding parameters Read and understand drawings and design concepts (Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematic.). Provide line support to production in order to minimise down time. Perform continuous routine diagnostic checks on automated systems. Troubleshoot non-functioning component parts (sensors, controls, etc.). Isolate problems and repair or replace any necessary components. Monitor the line OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency). Perform planned, preventative and predictive maintenance. Ensure conformance of product to the required specification. Record and demarcate scrap / suspect parts after possible interference Maintain safety systems and ensure systems functional at all times.
