Responsibilities: Drive the product roadmap, identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, translate business needs into product solutions, and manage the full lifecycle. Lead go-to-market execution, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, oversee testing and QA, and mentor product teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT), 8+ years in product/strategy/innovation within fintech or payments. Strong knowledge of acquiring and transaction processing (card‑present & card‑not‑present). Proven commercial delivery, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban/JIRA).
