We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven individual with strong administration capability and proven experience supporting sales environments within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating reports, supporting management, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate administration processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage databases while ensuring data accuracy and integrity Compile, collate and track weekly and monthly sales reports Follow up daily on outstanding documentation and deadlines Provide full administrative support to sales teams and management Coordinate meetings, scheduling and prepare minutes Handle queries from branch and district management teams Assist with travel and training requisitions Support senior management with general administration requirements Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies Liaise effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders Requirements: Grade 12 (essential) Administration qualification advantageous Minimum 3–5 years administration experience within Financial Services / Long-Term Insurance / Funeral Insurance Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook essential Strong reporting and presentation experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Non-Negotiables (Knockout Criteria) Candidates who do not meet ALL of the below requirements will unfortunately not be considered: Do you have a minimum of 3–5 years' administration experience specifically within Financial Services, Long-Term Insurance, or Funeral Insurance? Have you supported a Sales team or Sales Management function in an administrative capacity? Do you have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, reporting, spreadsheets and data tracking? Have you compiled and managed weekly and monthly sales reports? Do you have experience coordinating meetings, scheduling, taking minutes and supporting multiple stakeholders? Have you worked with high-volume administration requiring strict deadlines and daily follow ups? Are you currently residing within commuting distance of Bellville and able to work full time in office Monday–Friday?
