About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and pursue acquisition opportunities on behalf of Cellexia's leadership team. This position is ideal for a commercially sharp professional with experience in deal sourcing, market research, or corporate development who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of acquisition targets, conducting initial outreach, performing preliminary due diligence, and preparing executive-level summaries to support leadership decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a direct role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through strategic acquisitions and business partnerships. Responsibilities Identify and source acquisition targets across relevant sectors through desk research, industry networks, databases, and direct outreach Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective businesses and investment opportunities Conduct preliminary due diligence including financial profiling, market positioning, and competitive analysis Prepare clear, concise executive summaries and deal briefs for leadership review Initiate and manage early-stage conversations with business owners, founders, and brokers Coordinate with leadership during the evaluation and negotiation phases of active deals Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition opportunities within target verticals Support post-LOI coordination including data room management and internal alignment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 3 years in business development, M&A, corporate development, investment analysis, or a closely related role Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business models, financials, and market dynamics quickly Excellent written communication skills — capable of producing polished deal briefs and executive-facing summaries Comfortable managing outreach pipelines and working independently with minimal direction Proficient in tools used for research, documentation, and business communication Preferred Qualifications Experience working within a corporate development, private equity, or M&A advisory context Familiarity with deal structuring, LOIs, or acquisition due diligence processes Prior exposure to e-commerce, consumer brands, or health and beauty sectors #J-18808-Ljbffr
