Job Description THE OPPORTUNITY THAT AWAITS YOU We are looking for a Delivery Manager – Digital Enablement to act as the execution partner to the Head of Digital Enablement. This role is central to ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery discipline across five interconnected technology domains: Service Delivery, Cloud & Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Digital Employee Experience, and Identity & Access Management (IDAM). This person will operate as the connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring that priorities are clear, delivery is predictable, and leadership has accurate, data‑backed visibility of progress. You will help translate a large and complex roadmap into structured execution, while maintaining focus on outcomes, dependencies, and delivery health. Key Responsibilities Acts as the “right hand” to the Head of Digital Enablement, ensuring the five teams remain aligned and delivery commitments are met Maintains rhythm and cadence across multiple teams, ensuring consistent delivery governance and execution discipline Drives end‑to‑end delivery of selected cross‑functional initiatives, including: Modern Workplace 2.0 rollout and Omada to Lumos migration for access review automation Builds and maintains a performance and measurement layer that explains delivery status through data, not opinion Supports prioritisation of a complex roadmap, helping define what is delivered now, what is deferred, and why Supports Project Aurora milestone tracking and execution governance Prepares executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and townhall content in partnership with leadership Ensures delivery accountability across team leads without introducing unnecessary process overhead Manages cross‑team dependencies and actively resolves execution blockers before they escalate Translates technical progress into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders and investment leadership Supports vendor and partner coordination where external delivery is involved Additional Responsibilities (Critical but Implicit in the Role) Designing and maintaining delivery governance frameworks (RAID logs, milestone tracking, dependency management) Monitoring delivery health across teams and identifying early warning signals Supporting benefits tracking and value realisation (ensuring delivery translates into measurable impact) Ensuring adoption and change readiness for key digital initiatives (not just technical completion) Managing reporting consistency across teams to ensure a single version of truth Supporting capacity planning discussions across multiple delivery streams Driving continuous improvement in delivery practices across the function Acting as a key escalation point for delivery risks and inter‑team conflicts Required Expertise Proactive mindset: anticipates issues early and presents options, not just problems Strong data capability: comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and validating data integrity Strong delivery judgement: understands what good execution looks like in complex environments Confident communicator: able to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and clearly Strong written communication skills for executive‑level reporting Experience working in multi‑team technology environments with interdependent delivery streams Strong systems thinking: understands how changes in one area impact others Comfortable working in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments High emotional intelligence: able to read context, influence effectively, and adapt approach accordingly Technical Capability Required Data & Reporting Advanced understanding of KPI design and performance metrics Experience with BI tools/Dashboarding (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify inconsistencies Understanding of delivery analytics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, predictability) Delivery Tooling Strong working knowledge of Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent Exposure to Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery environments Technology Literacy Understanding of cloud environments (Azure / AWS concepts) Awareness of identity and access management principles (IDAM) Familiarity with enterprise digital workplace tools (Microsoft 365 ecosystem advantageous) Basic understanding of system integration and API‑driven environments Operating Model Knowledge Experience in scaled delivery environments (multiple teams or squads) Understanding of roadmap planning, portfolio management, or programme delivery structures Ability to operate across both technical and business stakeholders What Success Looks Like Delivery across all five domains becomes predictable and transparent Leadership has clear, data‑backed visibility of progress and risk Dependencies are actively managed rather than reacted to Roadmap execution is prioritised effectively and aligned to business outcomes Teams operate with clearer cadence, accountability, and reduced friction Strategic initiatives are delivered with improved speed, quality, and adoption #J-18808-Ljbffr
