Job Description: Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage financial reporting and ensure IFRS compliance across the group Oversee full accounting function including AP, AR, GL, and payroll Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, PAYE, and tax requirements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning Lead year-end audits and liaise with external auditors Manage and mentor junior finance team members Skills & Experience: Minimum 35 years experience in a senior accounting role Strong experience in a multi-entity or group environment Solid knowledge of IFRS and South African tax regulations Advanced Excel and accounting systems experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualification: Degree in Accounting or Finance CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent highly advantageous
