Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets and bexpansion plans Conduct market and audience analysis to identify opportunities across client segments and distribution channels Identify, manage, and optimise marketing channels to ensure effective reach and engagement Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and activations in collaboration with sales and distribution teams Drive digital marketing and social media strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness Strengthen public relations and media presence through thought leadership and targeted campaigns Continuously review and enhance advertising and campaign performance to maintain relevance and effectiveness Minimum Requirements: Degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar marketing role within financial services or insurance Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional South African languages advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools Core Competencies: Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing to business objectives Proven experience in managing campaigns and projects end-to-end Brand management and effective communication capability Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
