Key Responsibilities Manage and grow digital platforms, including social media channels and website content Conceptualise, create, and execute engaging content (copywriting, photography, videography, and editing) Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google and social media platforms Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns, including retargeting strategies Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and website performance Configure and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive campaign execution Provide guidance and support to the Junior Digital Marketer on content rollout and platform management Minimum Requirements Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field 35 years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on both content creation and campaign execution Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including retargeting Experience in SEO implementation and website content management (e.g. WordPress or similar CMS) Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics tools Demonstrated ability to create content independently (photography, videography, and editing) Certifications Required Google Ads Search Certification Google Ads Display Certification Google Analytics (GA4) Certification Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional Advantageous Experience in automotive, technical, or product-based industries Basic design skills for quick-turn content Experience working in a small, fast-paced team environment
