Facilitator, Learning, Personal & Private Banking, Gauteng Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 5 Simmonds Street To support a positive workforce experience for Personal & Private Banking by facilitating learning programmes to address requirements. Partner with stakeholders to understand learner needs and deliver data-driven insights pertinent to the CoE for decision making. Interpret current requirements and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end, standard learning solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives while addressing needs. Qualifications Minimum qualificationsMinimum NQF6 qualification in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, Social Science, or Business.Facilitation, Assessor, and Moderator certifications. Experience required • Minimum 5-7 years experience in Learning, with demonstrated experience in facilitating learning programmes and working with SETAs.• Support a highly attractive employee experience by preparing for facilitation, interrogating content and implementation approach to deliver high-impact, innovative, and digitally driven learning experiences; suggest integration of learning into employee journeys.• Support E-Learners to complete learning experiences, applying knowledge and skills to facilitate understanding and promote a positive learning journey.• Partner with learning architects, designers, and partners to position and market learning opportunities organization-wide.• Conduct assessment and moderation for internally delivered qualifications aligned with quality standards and governing body requirements.• Contribute to assessing the impact of learning on the business, providing feedback on its relevance and effectiveness.• Contribute to innovative learning by incorporating business changes into sustainable learning journeys.• Facilitate learning solutions across geographies and business units, leveraging digital innovation to address capability gaps.• Support campaign implementation by preparing content for presentations and collateral materials to raise awareness of internal offerings.• Demonstrate a successful track record of implementing integrated People & Culture solutions, especially in Learning, aligned with business objectives and sustainable performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
