Key Responsibilities You are expected to get across the business quickly, ask smart questions, and take ownership of the following: Strategic Inbox Management: Filing, sorting, and responding to ensure the Principal only deals with what is essential. Operational Liaison: Dealing with vendors, solicitors, and accountants on the Principal's behalf. Sales Support: Qualifying prospects, booking discovery calls, and following up on leads to keep the pipeline moving. Client Experience: Overhauling onboarding to create "WOW" moments and gathering client case studies. Financial Administration: Managing invoicing, chasing overdue payments, and organizing expenses for the bookkeeper.
