Requirements: ±3 years experience in trailer service, maintenance and repair. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, parts and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of electrical systems on trailers. Good sense of electrical systems (12V and 24V). Service Technician should possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Thoroughness in performing inspections and repairs to ensure safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn components. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and structural issues using diagnostic tools and manuals. Set and adjustment of wheel alignment on all suspensions. Install and repair lift axle kits and valves. Set brakes, slack adjusters, ride height, and leveling valves. Install new electrical harness to required specifications. Install new air installation to any or all air systems as required. Brake test after all brake overhauls. Check and report on all air pipes, wires, fittings, and couplings. Check and inspection on all cross beams and floors with entry plates. Check and report on apron plate and kingpins. Check and report on landing leg support and landing legs. Check and report of 5th wheel and rubbing plate condition. Repair and replacement of ABS wiring, sensors, and units. Repair and rewiring of EBS wiring. Repair and rewiring of ABS units. Prepare condition reports on air and mechanical suspensions. Pre-inspection reports on trailer/suspension damages. Administrating and regular reporting to management regarding breakdowns, repairs, and services. How to apply:
