# Procurement & Inventory Supervisor**Job Category:****Job Type:****Job Location:****ABOUT THIS ROLE**A well-established organisation within the energy and battery solutions space, based in Isando, Johannesburg, is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Supervisor to oversee procurement processes and ensure optimal stock availability across multiple branches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing teams and processes, and has a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.You will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement operations, maintaining stock levels, and supporting overall business performance.---**WHAT YOU WILL DO**Oversee and manage procurement activities across multiple branches Review stock on hand and sales trends to ensure accurate ordering Approve purchase orders and oversee supplier transactions Manage both local and foreign procurement processes Supervise stock control, including stock journals and variance investigations Review and sign off key reports, including stock and sales reports Ensure all procurement administration is accurate and up to date Assist with stock takes and analyse stock variances Support branch procurement requests and customer orders Investigate damaged stock and report accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and stock availability Step in to support admin and stock functions when required---**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**Matric (Grade 12) Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous) Minimum 10 years’ experience in a procurement and inventory environment Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Excel essential) Proven leadership and supervisory experience Strong knowledge of procurement processes and stock control Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Driver’s license and own vehicle---If you are a driven and detail-oriented procurement professional looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
