Strategic Analysis & Reporting Develop, maintain and optimise weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports that provide clear insights into performance trends and key metrics. Run ad-hoc in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Translate operational data into actionable insights to support decision‑making within the operations teams. Support strategic initiatives by providing analytical input and performance tracking. Operational Performance & Process Analysis Develop a deep understanding of operational business processes in order to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness using data‑driven insights. Contact Centre Analytics & Incentive Models Work closely with the contact centre teams to develop, maintain, and optimise commission and incentive models. Provide analytical support for workforce planning and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. A little about who you are Relevant Degree (BSc, BCom, B Bus Sci, B Eng, or similar quantitative field) 3+ years of experience in an analytical or business analysis role Advanced MS Excel skills Strong SQL query writing Exposure to Python, automation, or AI‑related tools will be beneficial Self‑motivated, curious, and passionate about data and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
