As a Delivery Consultant at MRG Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team by delivering exceptional candidate sourcing and screening services. You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates to meet our clients' recruitment needs. This role is focused on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of candidates to meet set targets, including a fee target. Your ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver quality candidates will directly impact the success of the team. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the account team or your direct manager to understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines. Utilise various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, databases, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks if neccessary, to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to the account team in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to client deadlines or deadlines set by the account manager. Build and maintain active candidate pipelines in your key areas and retain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process. Use these relationships to leverage commercial opportunities for business development and opening new accounts. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate delivery strategies. Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows. Achieve and exceed assigned fee targets, contributing to the overall revenue generation. Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Solid understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and screening techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in using recruitment software and databases. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving commercial fee targets or goals. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned fee targets set by the company. Consistently deliver high-quality candidates within agreed-upon timeframes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. Contribute to the overall revenue generation of the agency through successful placements.
