Job Description Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Supervisor will: Supervise daily residential construction activities to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labour to maintain project schedules and productivity. Monitor quality control, conduct site inspections, and resolve construction issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site housekeeping standards, and company procedures. Track project progress, material usage, and site documentation while reporting updates to project management and clients. Qualifications Industry relevant diploma Skills 3-5 years experience in residential project supervision Own vehicle MS Office beneficial
