Contracts Management: Log all Servicing Appointments Order all Servicing Spares, Check and Distribute for all Branches. Monthly Report Budgets: Contracts Cashflows Budgets / Target Target VS Actual Sub-contractors: Tracking Spreadsheet Quoting & Invoicing Receive and capture all tender notifications on Tender List. Accurate completion of tender documentation. Ensure relevant documentation is certified and valid. Source supplier pricing and terms of validity Understand tender data Keep copy / scan of document before submitting. Other: Keep CSD Updated Database / Registrations / Memberships.
