The daily works are as following: Troubleshoot and repair company products on component level timely and effectively, e.g. replace flash chips, etc.; Visit client from time to time to provide the repair training inside of South Africa and other Africa countries; Manage faulty devices and spares from clients via company internal system; Prepare the paperwork following the company procedures, e.g. report, operation manual, repair handbook; Provide product quality analyses report to HQ as request. SKILL REQUIREMENTS Have basic knowledge of chips verification and recognition; At least 5 years repair experiences of replacing and soldering flash chips; Have training experiences; Highly proficient in using repair tools like hot air gun, soldering tool, multimeter, etc.; Familiar with Microsoft software like word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.; Similar working experiences in CCTV industry will be advantage.
