You'll help support and grow our customer base across South Africa and into Africa. We're looking for someone proactive, independent, and adaptable, who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. You'll work closely with the sales manager and support external sales reps. What You'll Do Handle customer inquiries and sales support Provide product info, quotes, invoices, and sales reports Work with other departments to deliver solutions Keep customers updated and follow up on leads Help grow the client base by researching new opportunities Stay up to date on products and complete required training What You Need At least 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or a related field Technical understanding of products like: Industrial computing, serial communication, wireless networking, IP surveillance Smart grid, renewable energy, and power distribution PoE-based and IT/networking solutions Diploma or certificate in IT, Networking, Engineering, or related fields Strong communication and customer service skills Valid South African ID What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Medical aid subsidy and pension benefits (after 3 to6 month probation) Product and systems training (SAP B1 / CRM) #J-18808-Ljbffr
