This role is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the business, ensuring HR practices align with labour legislation and organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of staff Employee relations: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement Performance management: Setting KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing performance improvement plans HR compliance: Ensuring adherence to South African labour law , MIBCO, and company policies Policy development & implementation: Creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures HR administration: Maintaining employee records, contracts, HRIS management, reporting, and HR metrics Training & development: Identifying training needs and coordinating staff development programs Compensation & benefits: Assisting with salary administration, benefits management, and reward programs Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration 5 years' experience as an HR Manager in the automotive industry Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee relations Proven experience in HR compliance, policy implementation & HR administration Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation & MIBCO – non-negotiable Knowledge of HR systems and HRIS software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
