As SALES REPRESENTATIVE, you will be responsible for the specification and sales of Gerflor’s product ranges across key market sectors. You will report directly to the West Africa Export Manager and collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Assistance, and Credit. The mains areas to cover are : Western Cape, Northern and Eastern Cape. Main Responsibilities : Achieve the sales budget by engaging with the existing customer network and developing new business, Analyze the market: competition, potential, key players, Recommend strategic actions based on market opportunities, Manage, support existing distributors and Identify and appoint new distributors, Promote Gerflor products to specifiers : architects, designers, builders, etc, Sell to flooring contractors, general contractors, and end users, Train distributor sales teams and conduct joint visits, Implement the company’s pricing policy, Organize “Lunch & Learn” sessions with specifiers, Track key projects and update CRM tools, Participate in trade shows and roadshows, Provide market intelligence on competition, trends, and standards, Handle customer complaints when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
