Store Manager (45 hr) – Sneaker Factory – Kunjani Mall Join TFG (The Foschini Group) as Store Manager for the Sneaker Factory location in Kunjani Mall. Key Responsibilities Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.). Manage stock losses to ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards. Ensure turnover targets are met and exceeded. Execute operational excellence with a customer‑centric mindset. Generate high motivation and commitment across the store team. Implement merchandising strategy and standards with all staff. Schedule team effectively. Provide staff training and development. Lead people management activities, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management. Control operating expenses. Allocate time efficiently, handle multiple tasks and complete priorities. Manage store risk. Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 qualification. Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous. 2–3 years of store‑management experience. Experience driving sales to increase store profit. Skills Ability to adapt to different customers and situations. High sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently. Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational, administrative and planning skills. Initiative‑driven mindset. Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
