Overview Senior Manager, Credit Risk, Power and Infrastructure Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street To provide leadership, subject matter expertise, advice and deal structuring guidance in the preparation and submission of quality credit applications. To lead and drive the delivery of a consistently positive and seamless client credit experience by ensuring that the Credit Origination managers prepare quality credit applications and support the Relationship Managers and Service Teams to successfully conclude deals. Perform various Credit Risk process activities to deliver value. Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Licenses & Certifications: CA (SA) or CFA would be advantageous Experience Required 5-10 years experience and good understanding of lending and derivative products and facilities that give rise to counterparty credit risks, including the documentation required/presented to manage that risk. 5-10 years experience and well developed knowledge of financial markets, global economy and appropriate regional geographies in which portfolio operates. 5-10 years experience and thorough conceptual and practical knowledge of credit procedures, policies and standards, as well as a thorough understanding of products and facilities that give rise to counterparty credit risk.
