Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and service-driven Guest Liaison to join a prestigious luxury lodge & spa based in Stellenbosch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys planning exceptional guest experiences, and has a strong background in reservations and concierge services. Key Responsibilities: Manage all incoming emails and reservation enquiries with accuracy and within a 2-hour response time Pre-plan and compile personalised itineraries prior to guest arrival Assist guests with restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, and bespoke experiences Maintain thorough knowledge of all room rates, special offers, and contracted rates Ensure all bookings are checked daily for accuracy prior to arrival Utilise guest history to personalise and enhance each stay Handle Special Attention Guests requests with care and attention to detail Prepare and manage daily arrivals, ensuring all departments are informed by 10h00 Maintain and update booking notes on a rolling two-week cycle Assist with lodge reservations duties as required Minimum Requirements: Qualification in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism (preferred) 2–3 years’ experience in concierge, reservations, or guest services Experience working with PMS systems Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Additional language skills advantageous Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work with high-end, international clientele Professional, calm, and service-focused approach What We’re Looking For: A proactive and polished individual who takes pride in creating seamless guest journeys from pre-arrival through to departure.
