Overview A well-established motor vehicle dealership has an opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Storeman with at least 2 years' experience as a storeman in an automotive environment to join their team in Cape Town. Responsibilities Efficient management of the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, and providing excellent service to workshop technicians and customers. Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming parts and stock. Picking and packing parts for workshop and customer orders. Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control. Ensuring the storeroom is well-organised, clean, and secure. Assisting with stock takes and reporting discrepancies. Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient parts supply. Qualifications Previous experience in a storeman, warehouse, or stock control role. Experience within automotive or motorcycle environments is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy for stock management systems.
